The A1 Filter Box is available in this portable style that can be set directly into a sink in order to provide hood filter and equipment cleaning power when no other space is available. The A1 Filter Box Sink Version is made of stainless steel and consists of two pieces: the A1 Filter Box and Sink Filter Box-Sm. Its portable design fits inside standard size commercial kitchen sinks, and the Sink Filter Box is set underneath. The Filter Box keeps the debris and over-spray safely inside the box during cleaning, holding the filters upright and in place, allowing for easy access, especially in-between the baffles, which is important in order for filters to operate at full capacity. The grease and waste are captured in the secondary filtration box underneath (Sink Filter Box), again draining only grease-free waste into your sink.
